We perform a variety of services and humanitarian functions, bring citizen concerns to Governments, advocate and monitor policies and encourage political participation through provision of information and related activities combating social & economic inequalities.We provide analysis and expertise, serve as early warning mechanisms and help monitor and implement on ground community initiatives through partnerships with local governing bodies such as Panchayats, CBOs, Grass root organizations. We are not only focusing our energies on governments and inter-governmental processes, but also establish partnership with the corporate world to mobilize and channelize their resources/expertise for the benefit of the community they function in. We play a major role in pushing for sustainable development to reduce the inequality faced by socially & economically backward groups. Through our action aided initiatives we have managed to shift the focus on the social and environmental externalities of business activity. With the new evolved perspective and the guidelines under CSR mandate, not only are companies merely reporting; many are striving to design new management structures which integrate sustainable development concerns into the decision-making process. We have executed and implemented Pan- India projects ranging from women, gender health to education, empowerment etc.
